Welcome to Eazy Peazy Custom Creations. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Custom Orders
All items sold by Eazy Peazy Custom Creations are made to order and customized based on the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate order details, including but not limited to names, dates, wording, colors, themes, quantities, and uploaded photos.
Design Proof Approval
A design proof will be sent for approval before printing and production begins.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof carefully and confirm that all details are correct.
Once a design proof has been approved, no further changes can be made to the order.
Design Revisions
Each order includes one minor design revision at no additional charge based on the information originally provided.
Any additional revisions will require purchase of the Additional Design Edit add-on before further changes are made.
Production & Turnaround Time
All orders are custom-made and production times may vary based on order size, design complexity, material availability, and current order volume.
Production does not begin until all required order information has been received and the design proof has been approved.
Delays in customer responses, missing information, or late proof approvals may delay production and delivery timelines.
Rush Orders
If you need your order sooner than the standard turnaround time, you must contact us through Shopify Messenger or by email at eazypeazycustomcreations@yahoo.com before placing your order to confirm availability.
Rush orders are only accepted if availability allows.
Product Variations
Because all items are handmade and custom-produced, slight variations in placement, trimming, assembly, and finishing may occur. These minor differences do not qualify as defects.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, the customer agrees to:
- provide accurate order information
- review design proofs carefully
- respond to proof approvals in a timely manner
- provide accurate shipping and contact information
- understand that production timelines depend on approval and communication
Refusal of Service
Eazy Peazy Custom Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes incomplete information, inappropriate content, or requests that cannot be completed as requested.
If an order must be canceled before design work or production begins due to an issue on our end, the customer will be contacted regarding the next steps.
