Refund policy
At Eazy Peazy Custom Creations, all items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items. Once an order is placed, materials, design time, and production planning may begin immediately.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before design work has started.
Once design work has started, the order is considered a custom order in progress and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Once your design proof has been approved and/or production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Order Changes
Order changes may be requested before your design proof is approved.
Once your design proof has been approved, no further changes can be made to the order.
Each order includes one minor design revision at no additional charge based on the information originally provided. Any additional revisions will require purchase of the Additional Design Edit add-on before changes are made.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging (if applicable)
If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Customer-Submitted Errors
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, including but not limited to:
- misspelled names
- incorrect dates
- incorrect wording
- incorrect theme details
- incorrect shipping addresses
- low-quality or unusable photos uploaded by the customer
Please review all order details and design proofs carefully before approval.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist if an issue comes up.
