Shipping policy
At Eazy Peazy Custom Creations, all items are custom-made to order. Please review the following shipping and pickup information before placing your order.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Please note that shipping time is separate from production time.
Because all items are custom-made, orders require time for design, proof approval, printing, assembly, and production before they are shipped or made available for pickup.
Production will not begin until all required order information has been received and the design proof has been approved.
Shipping Availability
Shipping is available for select items and eligible orders. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout when available.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. If local pickup is offered for your order, pickup details will be provided once your order is completed and ready.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Eazy Peazy Custom Creations is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Shipping Carrier Delays
Once an order has been completed and accepted by the shipping carrier, Eazy Peazy Custom Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delivery interruptions outside of our control.
However, we will always do our best to assist if an issue comes up.
Rush Orders
If you need your order sooner than the standard turnaround time, please contact us through Shopify Messenger or by email at eazypeazycustomcreations@yahoo.com before placing your order to confirm availability.
Rush orders are only accepted if availability allows.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for shipped orders when available.
